Dead Driver ID'd In Wednesday Overnight Shooting-Crash In Baltimore: Police

Police have identified a driver who crashed his car and injured his passenger after both were shot inside a vehicle earlier this week in Baltimore, city police said.

The victim has been identified as 31-year-old Frank Lee Pulliam, Baltimore Police said on Thursday, Mar. 17. 

Police responded to a reported shooting in the 2500 block of Cross County Boulevard around shortly before 1 a.m. on Wednesday, the department said. Upon arrival, officers determined that a shooting did occur, but also found a crashed vehicle only a short distance away. 

Pulliam was found with gunshot wounds inside the car as well as a 30-year-old injured passenger. Their information was released. Both men were taken to a local hospital and Pulliam died at Sinai Hospital shortly after arrival. 

The investigation is ongoing. A reward of up to $8,000 is being offered to anyone with information.
